We are a dynamic and growing Sporting Goods Distributor representing the industry's most premium brands. We're looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Work-from-Home Telemarketing Sales Representatives.
Position Overview:
As a Work-from-Home Telemarketing Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our products/services, and onboard them to sign up for a dealer wholesale account. This role offers uncapped earning potential with a commission-only compensation structure. (Payment Details Below)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers.
Present and explain our products/services to potential clients.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Record relevant notes accurately.
Requirements:

-Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
-Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
-Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote/home office setup.
-Access to a computer, internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
-High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is a plus).
Compensation:
-This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.
-This is a trial basis position, with earnings based on results. There are long-term, salary paying positions available for individuals who perform and exceed our expectations.
-You will earn a competitive commission on each successful sale & milestone. The more you sell, the more you earn.
Compensation Details:
-New Customer onboard (Customer application filled out) = $50 Commission
-10 New Customers onboarded 1st Month = $500 Commission
-20 New Customers onboarded 1st Month = $1,000 Commission
-30 New Customers onboarded 1st Month = $2,000 Commission
-10% Commission on 1st order from onboarded customers (HQ Sales Rep will close for you)
