Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews of 10–20 electricians across various commercial projects. The ideal candidate must be skilled in NEC code, team leadership, and using technical tools to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage crews of 10–20 electricians on commercial construction sites
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Coordinate with General Contractors and Superintendents
Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance
Schedule labor, order materials, and monitor deadlines
Train and mentor crew members
Troubleshoot electrical systems
Document and report project progress using technical tools
Qualifications:
5–10 years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial installations
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Technical computer skills (construction management software, drawings)
Valid electrical license or certification as per jurisdiction
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
