Real Driver trying to help good company grow its team

I’m a 30 year old driver with just about 9 years of OTR driving (coming up in December), hazmat and tanker endorsement, about to enter my 10th winter on the road. I pull a 53’ dry van and sometimes a refer, mostly hazmat. Ive been around a short bit and come to experience this industry through the lenses of the companies I’ve been fortunate enough to work for. Never have I worked WITH a company before, although i have worked FOR a few prior to the company I drive with now.

I was asked once or twice by our fleet manager to keep a good word out and that if i knew a couple of goods drivers we had a couple of trucks to fill. I’ve never been the type of driver to recommend a company primarily because it just so happens that each of the companies I’ve worked for had critical flaws that I, at the time, wished I could change and therefore could not in good conscious promote them to people as if they could be healthy places for healthy people to incorporate into their lives.

I’ve decided, without the promise of a referral bonus to make this post and essentially help recruit for this company because I believe in the people. I believe in the entity that they’ve been able to create. I believe in the culture they’ve been able to foster. I am not getting paid to make this post. I’m not getting paid to recruit. The payment I receive will be in the form of growing our team and passing along an opportunity and a good word for a driver who i know, much like myself, has been desperately searching for a good place to work and build.

If you a good driver, who is humble and has no entitlement, willingness to work hard and be courteous and build with good people give me a call driver. This is a driver’s company, period. I’ll answer any questions to the best of my ability, we’ll have a conversation and based on that conversation i can refer you to our fleet manager.

Pay is .70 cpm for hazmat and .65 cpm none hazmat

Can pay 1099

We can discuss what I’ve experienced for miles, layover, breakdown, Dispatch, safety, equipment, payroll, brokers, freight, home time, eld, logs, inspections, support, culture, emergencies, mission, company, everything…! Let’s talk.
