Be able to pass hair and urine drug screen & criminal background check too. (These are the companies’s guidelines, not mine)
Must have at least 6-24 months of verifiable driving experience.
Be able to communicate properly if there’s an issue with a load, or just be able to respond within a timely manner.
Pay is 25-30% of gross revenue. This will average between 1200-2000. Opportunities for more money will be available with more loads/work, & a great ability to manage your 70 hour clock.
Driver will be paid every Friday, via Zelle, cash app, or bank transfer/direct deposit.
Mostly 80% or more drop & hook freight. Rarely live load & live unload.

Regional/OTR Position. Proximity to Memphis metropolitan area is also a major factor. North Mississippi, West Memphis, Shelby county, fayette county, Tipton county are all welcome.
Driver will be expected to work 2 weeks at a time. But during that 2 weeks time loads will come through Memphis as well. So there will be opportunities to take a 10 hour break at home & then resume driving the next day.
Preferred lanes are south east, Midwest, & other southern states east of I-35. No west coast, & no north east like Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island etc.
Driver will be fully equipped with Tv, Garmin GPS, Pre-Pass transponder & all other equipment necessary for job.
Truck is a 2019 a Freightliner Cascadia with around 500,000 Miles on the truck.
