MACO Transportation is in need of a full time Tire Technician for our Memphis terminal. This is a first shift position however you may be required to make after hours service call and work some weekends.
You primary responsibly will be maintaining the tires on our trucks and trailers by replacing flat or worn tires at our terminal, our customer locations, and on road side service calls. But you will also be asked to preform light repairs, conduct general condition inspections of our equipment as it enters the yard, and assist our mechanics in maintaining on our fleet. This is a very labor intensive outdoor position, you will be working in all weather conditions.
Pay will be based on experience. We do offer the following:

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexibility to work various shifts weekends/overtime
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years of related experience; or completion of an Automotive/Diesel Mechanic degree program; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
