Be the first point of contact for onboarding inquiries
Manage the Under Armour PreSeason Training calendar and inbox. Respond to teammate questions and requests
Initiate communication with hiring managers and schedule meetings as needed to discuss the onboarding plans for their new hires
Initiate communication with all new hires prior to their start date, and provide onboarding schedules and information on next steps
Oversee Under Armour University training rooms
Develop onboarding materials such as welcome manuals, schedules and agendas
Organize and assist in the facilitation of PreSeason Training (new hire onboarding) for all teammates
Update and maintain the new hire spreadsheet
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Typically requires 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience with a high school diploma.
A passion for talent development, and as first point-of-contact, serve as a UA Brand Ambassador
Strong analytical skills, including use of data, problem solving, and technology
Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mt. Juliet, TN office.
Return to Work Designation: 4 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation$23.46 - $32.25 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
