Compares identifying product information and counts, weighs, or measures items of outgoing shipments to verify against orders or other records.
Prepares bar code labels and documentation using WMS system.
Applies identifying information and shipping instructions onto cartons and/or skids of cartons. Verify labels match scanned parts. Uses WMS computer system for inventory availability and reconciliation.
Performs inventory counts and reconciliations as required to maintain an accurate inventory.
Selecting the correct label on the computer for private label customers, basic computer knowledge a must. Off-loads unit boxes from pallets to a belt conveyor for label application. Trouble shoot the label line when needed. Able to refill the label and ribbon spools when they run out.
Accountable for insuring shipments are made accurately and on a timely basis to customers.
