Small Home improvement company seeks part time accountant to help with payroll. Starts at 15-20 hours per week working 3-4 hours per day M-F starting at 8am or 9am.
Duties include:
Analyze timesheets and invoices submitted by employees and sub-contractors to confirm accuracy.
Figure commission pay for sales staff and product reps.
Submitting payroll to payroll service.
Making DD invoice payments to sub-contractors.
Confirm payments have cleared for completed installations.
Organize monthly expense reports and deliver to tax accountant by email.

This can easily turn into a full time job next year if a hired candidate wants to get more than 20 hours per week.
