We’re a growing construction company in the Nashville area that specializes in outdoor living projects—custom patios, porches, and deck systems. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 3–4 years of field experience to help lead our on-site teams and deliver high-quality work to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations and help translate ideas into plans
Provide on-site supervision of construction crews
Oversee scheduling, materials, and quality control
Ensure safety and compliance on every job site
Other duties as assigned to support smooth project completion
Qualifications:
3–4+ years of hands-on construction field experience
Proven ability to manage crews and communicate with clients
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Familiarity with outdoor living projects is a big plus
