We are hiring a full time, remote position for an Operations Coordinator, Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.

This position might require occasional travel to Franklin, TN (such as for start-up training or a busy launch period), but it will be documented well in advance and is flexible.

Salary: $52,000 - $62,500 based on experience

They manage and ensure company procedures around Operations, Tech and Customer Service are created and executed in a timely manner. They are responsible for the execution of developing systems/processes, technical tasks and project coordination across multiple platforms while aligning with the company’s core values.
