Call Center Representative
A healthcare company is looking for call center representatives for multiple shifts in Franklin, TN. This company offers competitive pay and benefits once hired on.
Compensation and Hours of the Customer Service Representative:
$14 an hour
1st shift- 7a-3:30p, 8a-4:30p
Mid-Shift- 11:30a-8p, 12:30p-9p
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Answer inbound calls from members and providers
Provide a high level of customer service
Handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and email
Able to use a computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and/or troubleshoot problems
Explain programs and suggest or promote alternative products or services
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
Must have at least a high school diploma
Must have at least six months of call center experience
Able to work in a fast paced environment and able to work under pressure
Strong work ethic and quick learner
Able to handle heavy call volume and multiple screens
