Job Description:
This hybrid role allows you to combine the flexibility of working from home with in-person opportunities to connect with educators and school professionals. You’ll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, both virtually and on site at schools
Educating school staff about tailored insurance solutions (e.g., life, disability, retirement)
Providing exceptional customer service and financial advice to meet clients’ needs.
Meeting sales goals and leveraging leads provided by the company.
Staying current on insurance products, policies, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results driven.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Willingness to obtain an insurance license (we provide guidance and support for licensing)
Must have reliable transportation for school site visits
Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings and client management
