The Mollenkopf Design Group is a small but thriving multidisciplinary architecture firm that has been supporting clients for 19 years. Being licensed in 40 states, we work on a national scale from our office on Music Row in Nashville, TN.
At the MDG we specialize in commercial and industrial design projects; utilizing multiple delivery methods including partnering, design-build, and conventional bidding.
Collaboration is a dynamic and vital part of our practice. Emphasizing the client/team creative effort allows us, as designers, a window into the ins and outs of our client's business. This in turn, helps us generate the most productive and creative facilities for their need.

The environment is fast paced and needs people who are independent and self-directed (quick decision making skills) as well as work well with a team. Strong graphic, organization and communication skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in conceptual design, design presentation, construction documentation and construction administration.
- Licensed Architect
- At least 12-15 years' experience
- Proficient in Revit & Familiar with AutoCAD
- Proficiency with developing Construction Documents and specification experience is required
- Strong technical skills including experience and knowledge in building codes and construction standards
- Commercial/industrial experience is a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency is also a plus
