Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the accounting functions, managing the accounts payable process, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations. Responsibilities: Overseeing the entire accounts payable process Managing the use of accounting software systems to process data Supervising the account coding process to ensure accuracy Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for accounting purposes Handling the processing of data through Concur Supervising the accounting functions within the team Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accrual accounting Managing the auditing process to ensure compliance Overseeing the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) for transactions Utilizing SAP S/4HANA for accounting operations Using the Spanish Language for communication when necessary Requirements Must possess proficiency in Account Coding. Must be experienced in using Accounting Software Systems. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement. Experience with Concur is essential. Must have Data Processing skills. Must be capable of performing Accounting Functions. Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP). Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary. Auditing skills are required. Must have experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH). SAP S/4HANA proficiency is a requirement. Spanish Language skills are desirable.
