Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers, making travel arrangements, preparing candidate information packets, creating interview guides and agendas, etc.

Manage and submit expenses for payment as it relates to the interview process and candidate travel, etc. for external candidates.

Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.

Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.

Lead and support the offer management process with hiring managers and HR, initiate and complete candidate post offer process which may include supporting electronic consents, and communicate results to the appropriate parties.

Support candidate onboarding activities (welcome baskets, company branded materials, etc).

Participates in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; documents processes and improvements; contributes to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities.

Adheres to recruiting processes, policies, tools and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in adherence with the company’s policies and procedures.

Collaborates with immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.

Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, have excellent time management and organizational skills and support stakeholders with high level attention to detail.

Ability to build, consult, and manage stakeholder relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to navigate multiple talent acquisition tools and systems.

Proven experience working within the human resources and/ or talent acquisition function preferred.

Proficiency with US and Canada compliance and legal expectations for hiring process requirements.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.QUALIFICATIONSCompensation and BenefitsHourly Position (compensation annualized): $54,240 - $81,360Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
