Handle a high volume of inbound calls (200+ calls per day) from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and support issues.
Utilize scripted guidelines to provide accurate and consistent responses to customer inquiries.
Assist customers in resolving issues, escalating calls as necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, exhibiting empathy and understanding towards customers' needs.
Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's database.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
