Responsibilities Include:Assists the Director of Rehabilitation and Rehab Team members with assigned tasks, demonstrating safe and appropriate work practices that will facilitate the work flow of the Rehab Department.Promotes Carerite Center’s reputation as an unparalleled provider of rehab to the elderly by demonstrating professionalism at all times.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform multiple lifts and transfers of residents to and from all surfaces at a minimum of 10 times per day.
Must be able to lift approximately 50-70 pounds a minimum of 10 times per day.
A Rehab Aide may spend 50-90% of the time standing/walking and 10 – 50% of the time sitting.
Proficient with use of hands for repetitive grasping, pushing-pulling, and fine motor manipulation.
Exhibits good visual acuity skills.
Able to bend, reach, climb, kneel (60-80% of day)
Rate of pay Upto $31.00 per hour FT
