Circuit Design Intern

Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will be helping with SRAM compiler development in P1276, in additional will also help with the following:

Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.

Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation.

Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.

Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results.

This is a fully remote internship for 3-4 months.#DesignEnablementQualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must be actively pursuing a MS degree in Electrical Engineering.6+ months of experience in the following:

Spice simulation, characterization, design automation, and architecture exploration.

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
