Growing together.Client Success Manager Imaging, CDS will work with customer sites that are early adopters of AI solutions and will serve as the key link between the customer site IT, AI Vendor IT, implementation teams, data science and research teams, and the clinical stakeholders. This role will be vital to ensure that the correct data can be collected and leveraged by the Health Care Economics team during an AI pilot with the goal of future insurance reimbursement.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for being an internal subject matter expert and the primary expert supporting proposals and specifying required needs to clients, IT teams, data science and research teams, AI vendors
Responsible for working hands-on with health systems clients staff ramping new processes to support the program
Responsible for working with executives and program managers at large health systems, imaging centers or hospitals
Responsible for building consensus among various stakeholders
Responsible for driving different teams and timelines internal and external to the BU
Responsible for dynamic problem solving and thinking outside the box when challenges arise during implementation or pilots

4+ years of CSM experience at a PACs, AI, or Radiology Imaging Vendor
Proven broad familiarity working with Hospital IT (understanding of EHR and interoperability challenges)
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders that might be geographically widespread and in different time zones
Proven understanding of radiologist workflow in a hospital or imaging center
Experience in heavy customer-facing presentation and information discovery
Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience with healthcare AI and working knowledge of Health IT standards
Experience as a Radiology Technologist or PACs Admin
Proven understanding of imaging workflow with AI
Expertise with solutions, vendors, and customers in medical imaging IT
Proven solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills within a multicultural environment
Proven advanced problem solving and critical reasoning skills
Proven solid internal negotiating skills
Ability to make timely decisions
Solid personal energy and ability to energize others
Proven understanding of insurance reimbursement for AI (NTAP, CPT III codes)

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually.
