Job Summary:

• As the Clinical NurseCoordinator, you will assist with and implement formal/informal education programs based on evaluations of department needs and specifically from opportunities found from reviews of care.
• You will demonstrate clinical competency and acts as a clinical resource, functioning as a role model for patient care and assists in staff development.

The facility is equipped with 233 beds and offers a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation and emergency services. Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree, BSN preferred.
• Three to Five Years nursing experience
• Valid TN Nursing license (or eligible) required
• BLS required
