Clinical Services Project Manager (Hybrid)

The Clinical Services Project Manager supports revenue and recovery growth targets by working as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to execute customer registrations and schedule trainings for clinical education.Your role:

Determines clinical education training needs and schedules (while resolving scheduling conflicts) appropriate Clinical Services staff in a cost-effective manner to meet financial, operational, and customer satisfaction targets; manages customer expectations to optimize training and creation of training plans.

Supports revenue and recovery growth targets; serves as a consultant for service teams regarding clinical education; proactively identifies value-added services and revenue opportunities at customer sites; educates customers on features and benefits of the Clinical Services portfolio.

Processes registrations for upcoming off-site educational training events in a timely manner; drives and monitors off-site attendance to targets.

This is a hybrid position – the average work week should be at least 3 days per week in a Philips office and up to 2 days per week working from home. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within commuting distance to Philips office locations in Bothell, Cambridge, Nashville, Colorado Springs, Malvern, or Pittsburgh .

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in education coordination, resource scheduling, registration, customer service, or program management.

Your skills include Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred skills in PSA, ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, lean methodologies, pride problem solving, and daily management.

You have a bachelor’s degree in planning, business, learning services, another related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
