We are looking for a dedicated contributor like you to be a part of our team. Professional development associates' responsibilities include: maintaining databases; event planning and managing logistics for educational activities; participating on planning committees; procuring and/or managing software for educational design and delivery; marketing; interacting with internal and external stakeholders; documenting evidence of meeting accreditation and/or regulatory requirements; and participating in both activity and department-level evaluation processes.May be involved in instructional design, website development and maintenance, and other advanced skills. Will provide support to other education team members at the corporate, division, and facility level.Collaborates with the Senior Director to provide input into processes within HCA Healthcare Center for Clinical Advancement (HHCCA) that will facilitate the most efficient delivery of clinical education programs for clinicians throughout HCA. Ability to collaborate and partner with various stakeholders the established expectations and processes for fulfilling clinical education requests. Provides various stakeholders with ongoing reports in a timely manner that are accurate Provides assistance to the corporate, divisions, markets, and facility teams through planning, designing, and implementing quality educational interventions Demonstrate leadership through adaptability and prioritization related to educational requests Fosters a Service Excellence culture. Identifies opportunities to improve HHCCA by analyzing key performance indicators and feedback from users Collaborate with HHCCA team members and Instructional Design team members to support the delivery of clinical education. Participates in evaluation of educational content. Demonstrates a culture of accountability for effectively improving the customer experience. Demonstrates the ability to work with various stakeholders throughout HCA to facilitate the use of HHCCA to meet educational needs. Collaborates with Senior Director and other education team members to assess and identify opportunity needs within HHCCA through outcomes identification, with a focus on adult an organizational learning principles. Demonstrates the ability to develop relationships and partnerships within the organization, which includes corporate, division and facility teams that will support the implementation of the strategies of HHCCA. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders. Demonstrates the ability to network with internal and external contacts as it relates to the HHCCA education request process. Participates by providing input during strategic planning and business development sessions that can lead to supporting new service offerings, technology advances and other opportunities to drive differentiation and support the growth agenda through the development of educational programs. Represents the organization positively within the community; participates in company supported community/patient events and in-services. Seeks out life-long learning and development opportunities to best ensure developed education is current and evidence-based.
