We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Patient Experience professional who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care. This directorship position allows for professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills and abilities while overseeing patient / guest experience, as well as employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare management position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities Here’s what we are looking for:

Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness

Applicants who may be interested in enrolling in our national Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program to earn their licensure in nursing home administration (LNHA)

Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.

Candidates who may have an interest in growing their expertise in employee operations

Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment

Professionals who are open to working one of the full-time schedules below (we are flexible with days and times)

Sunday - Thursday; 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM

Tuesday - Saturday; 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM

  • The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection of Nashville is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs.
