Provide real-time updates to customers via email and phone.

Generate accurate and timely quotes for products and services with correct pricing and clear terms and conditions.

Assist with managing existing contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.

Email the quote to the customer and follow up accordingly in an effort to obtain a Purchase Order (PO).

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

High school diploma or associate degree, or equivalent experience.

SAP/Oracle experience is a plus.
