We are looking for a dedicated Director, HCA Healthcare Impact Center like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Director, HCA Healthcare Impact Center is an extension of the Corporate Marketing and Corporate Affairs team and is responsible for all aspects of the Impact Center, including daily operations, strategic planning for exhibits, overseeing the development and implementation of content and engagement, the management of staff and budgetary oversight. The Director, working with the Center’s staff, will direct and help create programming at all levels to promote, coordinate, and administer a mission-centered philosophy to maximize the Impact Center visitor experience.The Director represents the Impact Center with internal and external audiences as a brand ambassador with knowledge of HCA Healthcare’s history, vision and value to those the company serves and partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: collaborating, directing and managing relationships with vendors, teams and technologies to execute on Impact Center goals. The Director will also work with colleagues and staff to ensure the Center’s content remains engaging and operations run smoothly.What you will do in this role:

Develop key strategic initiatives and provide for long-term sustainable growth of the Impact Center that will lead to a high quality, responsive, visitor-friendly experience that promotes HCA Healthcare’s reputation and living legacy.

Develop and maintain responsive business systems and the information technology systems required to support Impact Center operations

Supervise and coordinate facilities, planning, maintenance, improvement and expansions; as well as the security needs appropriate to the collection and maintenance of assets that must be preserved.

Collaborate with others to develop and implement visionary exhibits and events to support and promote HCA Healthcare’s mission.

Develop and grow relationships with leaders, colleagues and other stakeholders to help ensure the Impact Center represents the company’s brand and strategies.

Help develop and foster an organizational and collaborative culture among the support teams for the Impact Center.

Represent the Impact Center to all internal and external constituencies.

Effectively market the use of the Impact Center to ensure robust engagement at all levels within the HCA Healthcare enterprise.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Center.

Assess the several risks that impact the facilities operation and assets of the Impact Center.

Hire and manage staff to create a positive, collaborative working environment that exceeds customers’ expectations.

· Other duties as assigned in alignment with Marketing and Corporate Affairs strategies and objectives.What qualifications you will need: Experience: Prefer 5+ years and includes museum administration Management Experience: 3+ years Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Other/Special Qualifications: Effective management and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Requires presence at the corporate office and ability to walk distances necessary within and outside the facility. Requires the ability to travel as needed to support Impact Center’s vision. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to document, develop and communicate necessary information. Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 20 pounds occasionally.
