Responsibilities and Duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties below reflect the minimum requirements for this position.Follow all operating procedures and policiesFollow directives of Event Staff Supervisor and/or Event Manager for each event assignedEffective interpersonal skills to deal with guests/publicServes as a greeter for each event assignedHave good math skills to provide ticket counts, summary reports, and other inventory reporting of guest admissionsProfessionally assist guests with determining seat location, escort guests to seat locations if requiredFamiliarity with the information and facilities located at each venue where they are postedServe where needed or as support to other tasked team members at each eventCoordinate with facility staff as appropriateCommunicate with event staff and supervisor(s)<
