Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of facility maintenance staff.
Plan and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
Manage facility budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Implement preventive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections and assess facility needs.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
Proven experience in facility management or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and budget management abilities.
Knowledge of facility maintenance best practices.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in facility management or a related field (preferred).
