Position DescriptionThis full-time position is responsible for overseeing the financial management of grant award funding, ensuring accurate allocation and utilization of resources in alignment with project goals. This role involves close collaboration with community partners to address any questions or issues related to the scope of work and funding.Typical Duties

Oversee and manage the financial aspects of grant award funding, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of funds in line with project goals and objectives.

Regularly analyze and monitor the project budget, identifying any discrepancies or areas of concern.

Ensure funds are being used efficiently and in compliance with grant guidelines.

Serve as the primary point of contact for communication on matters related to the scope of work and funding.

Address any questions or issues that arise, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Collaborate and implement any necessary budge modifications.

Ensure that any changes to the budget are well-documented and aligned with project needs.

Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure that all financial activities align with the requirements of the grant agreement and applicable regulations.

Provide training and guidance to community partners and internal staff on financial management practices, grant compliance, and budgetary processes to enhance overall project effectiveness.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all financial transactions, budget modifications, and communications related to the grant, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Minimum QualificationsAny combination of education and experience that would prepare the incumbent to perform the duties of the position at the appropriate level.
