Job Title: Finish CarpenterJob DescriptionWe are looking for experienced carpenters to join our team. Responsibilities include the installation of doors and windows, drilling and setting door hardware, and layout for stairs and common rafters. You will also be required to read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills, and perform layout tasks. Additional duties include forming and placing concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns, as well as using pump, place, and finish techniques for concrete placement. You will need to understand crane signals and rigging and effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions. The ability to organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within schedule is essential.Hard Skills
5+ years of finish carpentry experience
Read blueprints and lay out work
Installation of doors and windows
Drill and set door hardware
Layout for stairs and common rafters
Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
Pump, place, and finish techniques
