Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Grant Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Grant Analyst, you will be part of our team in the non-profit industry, where your main role will be to handle a variety of tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Utilize accounting software systems for financial management Work with ADP for financial services related tasks Use Confluence for effective team collaboration Manage CRM for customer relationship management Generate and interpret Crystal Reports for business intelligence Perform various accounting functions to ensure financial health Conduct auditing tasks to maintain financial integrity Oversee benefit functions to ensure compliance and accuracy Manage budget processes to ensure financial efficiency Oversee cash activity to maintain accurate financial records. Requirements Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is a must for maintaining accurate financial records. Prior experience with ADP - Financial Services is required for efficient financial management. Knowledge of Confluence is necessary for effective collaboration and document management. Familiarity with CRM is essential for managing relationships with donors and partners. Competency in Crystal Reports is needed for generating dynamic and actionable reports. Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and transparency. Experience in Auditing is essential for ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required for managing employee benefits and compensation. Familiarity with Budget Processes is needed for effective financial planning and control. Experience in managing Cash Activity is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and financial stability.
