Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Graphic Designer in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will be in the healthcare industry, focusing on executing company branding and collaborating on various graphic design projects. This role will require a candidate who can understand brand guidelines, perform various design tasks, and manage multiple short and long-term projects.Hybrid in Nashville, TN. 1 day onsite (flexible)Responsibilities: Develop knowledge of brand guidelines and help develop and maintain design resources for the organization. Design projects from concept to completion, including original designs for digital and print mediums such as posters, brochures, signage, reports, social media, and email presentations for both internal and external audiences. Collaborate with other members of the design team and other enterprise business partners, working under senior designers on large-scale projects but also taking responsibility for the creation of their own designs on independent projects. Participate in design sessions for new and/or collaborative projects. Maintain a strong design style, including creative design solutions, and stay current with design industry trends and guidelines. Analyze business requirements, perform design tasks, and manage multiple short and long-term projects. Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign for various design tasks. Utilize skills in communication, reporting, quality, presentations, time management, social media, website management, digital optimization, graphic design, campaign planning, and teamwork.Requirements Qualifications:
Must be an expansive and creative thinker with proven ideation and conceptual skills.
Solid understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them.
Adaptable to new design challenges in an ever-changing industry.
Knowledgeable and experienced in delivering comps and press materials to developers, printers, and clients.
Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and familiarity with prepress file management.
Ideal candidate must have Healthcare experience.
Requirements:
College graduate or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of graphic design experience.
Link to a digital portfolio required.
Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. After Effects is a plus.
Ability to self-manage workload.
Capable of sitting at a desk for 4 to 5 hours at a time, viewing a monitor, and typing.
