We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsJOB SUMMARYHCA IT&S High Availability Analyst will be responsible for assisting the HA and LC teams in ensuring all critical systems/applications across the Enterprise conform to the High Availability and Lifecycle Standards. This individual will assist with the implementation of the HA/LC programs. They will also ensure critical applications/systems and supporting infrastructure adhere to HA/LC Program requirements where applicable.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Advocate the High Availability (HA) and Lifecycle (LC) programs across the enterprise Assist in the definition HA/LC Standard processes, assessments, metrics, and other definitions Maintain measurable KPI’s for the HA applications and LC program Track to completion all program action items Evaluate new applications to determine HA/LC criteria Schedule HA Assessments, SRE Table Tops, Vendor assessments, etc and associated logistics (facilitators, meeting rooms, etc.) Participate in the effort to evaluate, own, and implement HA/LC program toolsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Decision Making/Critical Thinking – addresses conditions that may cause problems to recur in the future, not just the immediate instance; actively seeks data from a variety of sources; analyzes and finds alternatives to ineffective processes; integrates information to detect trends, associations and cause and effect relationships Communication - communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. This includes utilizing proper punctuation, correct spelling and the ability to transcribe accurately.
