Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Parallon PBG HIS Operational SME will be responsible for maintaining Parallon standards during HIS installations and upgrades that impact Parallon PTAC processes including identifying opportunities for standardization, productivity enhancements, and cost reduction. The position requires a strong knowledge of hospital operations and a general understanding and appreciation HITECH regulations, and the Meaningful Use requirements. This position also requires a comprehensive understanding of access workflows as well as hospital & revenue cycle information technology. They are also responsible for monitoring performance to identify best practices and working with the facility and SSC to implement these across operations, when applicable. This individual will function as a liaison between BPG Corporate, the impacted service centers, IT&S Product Development, and facility based PTAC personnel regarding issues that arise in the respective areas. All field communications are coordinated with Parallon BPG PTAC leadership prior to implementation. Serving in this capacity, this individual must demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by taking ownership of issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. They must have an extensive background in day-to-day operations, AR systems, regulatory requirements, Parallon company policies and procedures and managing professional resources. This individual will also be responsible for working hand in hand with Corporate PTAC and their counterparts responsible for developing the future strategy and prioritization of projects.Duties (included but are not limited to): Work with Parallon BPG Corporate leadership, SSC Leadership during system installations and upgrades related to scheduling, registration processes to ensure that SSC operations are efficient and cost effective Communicate project status to Parallon BPG and SSC leadership Drive decision making for application and service specific decisions pertaining to process, implementation, and design while working in collaboration with all appropriate stakeholders Participate in various testing cycles (functional, unit, integrated, parallel, end-to-end, regression testing and user acceptance testing)Collaborate with the Education Team in the design and development of role-based training programs to support the workflows to be implemented .Evaluate end-users on proper use of the application and support end-users onsite during go-live events Monitor performance indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunity, provide support to facility and SSC throughout system transition Develop best practice documentation and implementation plans Contribute to the development and maintenance of PTAC processes and align with SSC business and budget requirements, including process design and standardization Actively communicate with division, facility and corporate stakeholders in managing system installations and upgrades Create, administer and maintain management reports reflecting accuracy and timeliness of PTAC processes Contribute to training and education materials for use in facility and SSC training Plan, coordinate and hold meetings with key stakeholders to ensure optimal performance across all key PTAC interfacing processes throughout the implementation/upgrade Work with Parallon Compliance teams related to key compliance process issues and determine resolution (e.g. system changes, education, policy change, etc.)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: HIS experience, either in Epic or Meditech, in the areas of Scheduling and Registration, including day to day operational and technical knowledge Organization - proactively prioritizes needs and effectively manages resources Communication - communicates clearly and concisely Leadership - guides individuals and groups toward desired outcomes, setting high performance standards and delivering leading quality services Customer orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations Tactical execution - effectively manages the implementation of complex programs and processes Technical Expertise – proficient in Accounts Receivables Management including process, policy, regulatory requirements and technology PC skills – skilled in Microsoft Office applications and others as required Project management - applies tools and processes to identify and communicate project goals, schedules, responsibilities, progress and performance Strong interpersonal skills – builds strong relationships with diverse groups, encouraging accomplishment of mutually established goalsWhat qualifications you will need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience Experience: B.S. in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in financial, operational and system processes related to A/R Management. Scheduling, and/or registration experience required.
