Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing reactive and preventative maintenance on all printing equipment used for production. Prior experience in industrial printing environments is highly desirable.Responsibilities

Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on all printing equipment used for production.

Read blueprints with electrical symbols and work with 480v motors.

Perform basic wiring related to industrial maintenance work.

Change out parts for setups and repairs on machines.

Execute lock out and tag out procedures.

Train on the first shift for approximately 2-4 weeks before transitioning to the assigned shift.

Essential Skills

2 years of experience in all phases of industrial equipment maintenance preferred.

Good math skills and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and CMMS.

Ability to read standard blueprints, machine, and process drawings.

Knowledge of maintenance processes and proper use of work order systems.

Ability to estimate labor hours, material requirements, and skills needed to complete a job.

Flexibility to work other shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to sketch or redline existing drawings.

Understanding of planning and scheduling, and storeroom processes.

Strong visualization and communication skills.
