nullIn this role, you have the opportunity toWork within a fast paced, technically exciting work environment. You will work as a member of our highly specialized Healthcare Informatics invoicing team. Your will work with our “cloud” based billing systems capturing data and performing analytics involving the fee per study (FPS) storage and archiving of patient radiology and cardiology studies. You will use your technical aptitude, and fulfill your interests in developing successful working relationships with both our internal and external customers, while you provide out accurate and timely invoicing documentation for a specifically assigned customer portfolio base.You are responsible for
Processing monthly invoices for assigned Customer Accounts; Fee per Study (FPS) and Capital customers with timeliness and accuracy according to the customer contract and contract renewals. This includes sorting and analyzing the data coming from Aria/CBS.
Processing and sending monthly invoices to customers, this includes all adjustments, credits memos, corrections, etc.
Researching data discrepancies both from Aria/CBS and Heartbeat.
Partnering with Order Desk to ensure Purchase Orders are processed correctly and invoiced timely via SAP
Working on customer dispute resolutions in Value Plus tool and research customer accounts receivables as part of the customer dispute resolution process while working closely with assigned AR Collectors.
Communicating problem receivables and other issues to Billing Manager.
Ensuring unapplied credits are identified on a timely basis and cleared against outstanding receivable balances at month-end.
Utilizing your strong interpersonal skills – through communication with others and establish strong cross functional working relationships (Order Desk/Sales Specialists/CSM’s/AR Collector)
Logging critical issue tickets in OneEMS and SNOW and follow up with Customer Service until technical or other issues are fully resolved
Contacting customers when needed to obtain necessary information to ensure accurate & timely invoicing occurs.
Identifying billing and contracts discrepancies.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and or relevant business experience preferred
3+ years of accounting/invoicing or related experience is preferred
Business systems experience (ex: SAP/ERP systems, MS Office) preferred
Experience in subscription billing preferred
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
Ability to think critically, demonstrate “outside the box” thinking, and meet time sensitive deadlines for customers and resolution of escalated issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven collaborative team environment
Positive, self-starting, flexible and forward-thinking individual with strong organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team environment
