Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a HealthTech company.If you are a Colorado resident and this role is a field-based or remote role, you may be eligible to receive additional information about the compensation and benefits for this role, which we will provide upon request.  You may contact 888-367-7223, option 5, for assistance.In this role, you have the opportunity toBe part of the HR Operations Onboarding team to support the I-9 compliance of all Philips employees.In this role, you will be a part of the Philips People Services (PPS) organization, collaborating with PPS team members and other stakeholders in the business to ensure a successful, smooth and compliant transition for all employees.You are responsible forConfirming service level agreements are met and providing end-to-end customer support resulting in accurate and efficient transactions / inquiry resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction

Handling high volume inquiries related to benefits, payroll, retirement and other HR related issues from first contact

Registering, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner through all available channels (primarily case management system, email, and phone)

Supporting customers on Workday, and other relevant HR systems for completing transactions.

Providing transactional and administrative services related to in scope HR processes

Performing customer-related data gathering

Escalating cases to appropriate stakeholders and centers of expertise where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures is required

Sharing of ideas and information to ensure consistency throughout the team

Supports cross-functional team activity within PPS (Philips People Services), centers of expertise, and stakeholders on special projects

You are a part ofThe Philips People Services organization, reporting to the North America People Services Leader in our Philips Global Business Services (GBS) North America hub (Nashville, TN). This position will be a part of the People Services/Global Business Services organization responsible for leading operational execution, reducing complexity and increasing efficiencies as the in-house team that continuously improves performance to better support our customers.T o succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceEnrolled in an accredited university pursing a bachelor’s degree in a related field

Call center or customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal and written writing skills

2 years’ experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment from internship or coop preferred

Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner

Knowledge of HR processes, systems and policies (Workday and ServiceNow experience a plus)

Ability to answer queries on own initiative by effective use and interpretation of relevant data/available information

Able to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales

Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
