The Internal Communications Lead, U.S. will be responsible for strengthening Turner & Townsend’s internal brand profile by designing and implementing a strategic internal communications platform that keeps employees informed, engaged, and connected to the business. To be successful, the incumbent must be able to guide the internal communications function across the U.S. and demonstrate a sound understanding of communications strategy within the context of a global organization. This individual must think strategically, communicate clearly and be able to work with stakeholders to deliver inspiring brand-led communications content and activities to Turner & Townsend’s internal constituents. Specific responsibilities associated with the Internal Communications Lead, U.S role include:  Internal communications: Develop, own and deliver the internal communications strategy for the U.S. Provide strategic advice to leadership on internal communications. Collaborate with HR and Communications leadership to establish a consistent cadence and annual communications plan. Oversee internal communications activity within hub offices and support the creation of sector, segment, regional, and executive communications, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with best practices. Develop and deliver targeted internal communications across offices, segments, service lines, and functions to support employee engagement and alignment. Develop and deliver targeted internal communications to CBRE  Plan, write, and edit content for internal channels including newsletters, email bulletins, intranet (T2), and Viva Engage. Partner with the Global Internal Communications Manager to ensure successful rollout of global initiatives and messaging. Own and manage distribution lists across communications platforms to ensure accurate targeting and delivery of internal messages. Strategic planning and best practice: Support the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy for the U.S. Contribute to strategic planning processes and align communications with business priorities. Explore and integrate innovative communications tools and technologies to enhance employee experience and message delivery. Reporting and budgeting:  Establish tracking protocols to measure communications effectiveness and employee engagement. Prepare post-campaign and performance reports for leadership and board-level audiences. Other responsibilities:  Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all internal communications. Champion global and U.S. programs and initiatives across the region. Ensure all work meets Turner & Townsend’s high standards for quality, timeliness, and professionalism. Support global communications teams as needed. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
