If you’re excited about making healthcare more human, you’ve come to the right place.The Lead Nurse Executive will consult with the client on strategy, structure, management and operations through leadership and change management influence. In scope will be to promote increased client alignment, articulate clinical adoption benefits and standard processes, and use analytics to promote adoption and optimization. This role will allow you to drive value achievement through a client partnership that supports clinical, financial and operational imperatives as well as contribute clinical strategy and value proposition during reference advocacy activity at client sites. You will contribute to the sales processes by assisting with solution demonstrations and crafting question responses for requests for proposal. This role will allow you to generate ideas and collaborate on the design and development of solutions and services. Finally, you will represent Oracle Health through presentations and networking at key industry events.ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications:

At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education:

At least 2 years of client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience

At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Health Care Administration

Expectations:

Must reside in or willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location

Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed

Active registration or license in applicable clinical discipline and has not been censured or made to relinquish license due to impropriety

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
