Managing End of Lease experience for customers, consulting on available options and eligible products and services, capturing customer intent, and guiding customer through process in coordination with internal/external partners.

What You will Do:

Managing customer contact at end of lease through end of lease decision, determining customer needs, and consulting on available options.

Delivering key strategic end of lease results through selling financial products and services with our value message.

Quoting product and service options for customers, determining eligibility, and aligning with all compliance, policies and procedures.

Collaborating with internal and external business partners to resolve requests and challenges in efforts to provide high quality customer service.

Performs primary business needs analysis, due diligence, underwriting and payment collection for equipment financing and leasing cases and projects. Cooperates with partners for equipment management from equipment appraisal to remarketing to residual values.
