Manager, US Talent Transformation (USTT), Organization Change Management (OCM)The Manager will be responsible for a project team and will work closely with both a functional team and stakeholder group to drive alignment across workstreams and the project. The Manager will also work closely with OCM Leader, change professionals, other USTT functions (UX, Strategic Integration), and Consulting teams to drive consistent delivery of OCM activities. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders to proactively develop and execute the OCM strategy and approach into the project, with the goal of driving a successful Talent Transformation through stakeholder understanding and adoption.Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and oversee project change management strategy and plans, including identifying key deliverables and work products to be developed based on scope, timeline, and stakeholder priorities.
Provide close, personalized support for Talent and Business leaders, building strong working relationships, managing escalations, and proactively anticipating and mitigating risks and issues
Proactively manage group and individual stakeholder needs and concerns through ongoing engagement, eliciting stakeholder feedback, navigating stakeholder conflicts and prioritization, establishing and coordinating stakeholder groups, and analyzing data from surveys and other feedback mechanisms. Support clear and effective articulation of stakeholder concerns to project team, serving as a conduit for stakeholder needs, support documentation of business needs during requirements gathering, and update change strategy and plans with business stakeholders in mind.
Work with the OCM Center of Excellence ("The Hub") and other OCM workstream leads to identify opportunities for streamlining and standardizing activities and identifying opportunities for OCM support and advisory throughout ongoing project activities, and foresee and align resources according to workload demands
Plan for contingencies and advise project leaders in managing project communications and stakeholder issues
Manage a team of dedicated resources, which could include full-time, rotational, and/or contracted professionals
Provide strategic and editorial oversight of technical documents to ensure that messaging is consistent, relevant, and meaningful, and that language is clear and understandable
Clearly and effectively communicate technical and functional objectives of the project for business leaders, support recruitment of champions, and facilitate adoption of technology and processes
Develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at the Talent and business leadership level
Serve as the change and communications SME for the service area, functional, and/or project team, providing expertise and demonstrating the service area's value to project success
Maintain awareness of current business trends, operating conditions, and internal process and practices that have significant impact on Talent programs
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Strong project management and organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously
Advanced strategic thinking skills
Talent / HR systems background and an extensive, broad network across the Business(es) and/or Talent Channel
Experience with the rollout of enterprise applications
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with advanced PowerPoint skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related area
Minimum 8 years professional experience; minimum 5 years of related Organization Change Management experience
Minimum 4 years of experience leading large scale change management projects or organizational transformations
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $191,000.
