Manages, tracks and reports on all payables from the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance transformation and continuous improvement projects as part of ITP (Invoice to pay) simplification and standardization
Oversee service outcomes/processes specific to Caterpillar Financial
Develop and update analytics and reporting measurements by which workstream success is measured
Partner with internal and external parties to measure/monitor metrics to help drive service improvements for region
Ensure compliance with internal controls and desktop procedures
Communicate with internal business contracts, suppliers and other third parties to ensure coordination with purchasing and payment processes
Provides counsel and technical guidance and expertise on complex business issues.
Ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers; maintaining accurate records and control reports.
Ensuring sufficient awareness of regular payment of invoices and other expenditures.
Advises on priorities and strategy to business process teams consistent with the global process vision.
