What You’ll be DoingDirectly responsible for performance on 30+ practices across our clinic partner networkEnsuring the regular and seamless onboarding of practices onto paid mediaMeasuring and optimizing campaigns to beat internal KPI benchmarks and program goalsImplementing and configuring conversion tracking and attribution across multiple conversion paths for single and multi-location practicesProviding insights & feedback on all stages of our paid media funnels to relevant stakeholdersContributing to our A/B testing pipeline to brainstorm and help implement a robust testing strategy to ensure we’re maximizing campaign performanceBrainstorming new and innovative ways to target our clinics’ most valuable clients to drive incremental lead & client volumeRegularly analyzing campaign performance, identifying potential trends as they occur, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to encourage positive trends while course-correcting negative trendsIdentifying potential pain points / barriers to conversion and brainstorming innovative ways to overcome themCollecting lead quality feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and distilling into an actionable plan to improve performanceWorking closely with our data & analytics team to validate campaign performance dataPreparing weekly / monthly reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersGrow to understand macro and micro search demand, seasonality, and business trends, then develop campaigns / strategies to capitalize on themCollaborate with our regional marketing and operations teams to better understand each practice’s individual needs, and how to leverage paid media to support them
