We work with other specialists at Vanderbilt to find the best treatments
for our patients, so you can count on receiving excellence in complete care
here. Your Role: Performs work activities of the Central
Transportation department, which include transport of patient, equipment and
supplies to various patient care areas. This
position transports patients and families to and from the lab, including all
inpatient and children’s transports, cleans stretchers, and runs errands to
pharmacy and blood bank. They also pick up and distribute clean linens and
takes away soiled linens. They cover 3 different areas of the GI Endoscopy lab,
including Endo 1, Endo 2 and the motility center.Preferred Education, Skills, and Experiences: Required:
High School Diploma
6 + months of similarwork-related experience
Preferred:
Hospital / clinicenvironment experience is a plus
