DescriptionThe Amazon Customs and Trade Program and Product team is expanding footprint, services, and solutions to support our expanding client base. Join the dynamic team as a Product Manager and put your customs brokerage, international trade and/or product experience to work creating innovative solutions for our international customers globally.Key job responsibilitiesResponsible for development and management of stand-alone products for innovative solutions and offerings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech, sales, and operations to develop and deliver innovative trade products and features

Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions; manage individual portions of the product development

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications.

Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and drive desired outcomes

Communicate product plans/roadmap, identify success measures and metrics, author updates/docs and participate in drafting leadership briefings.

Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to trade operations and innovation.

3+ years of product management experience

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level

Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
