This Position requires a strategic project manager. Will project manage specific work streams end to end, from discovery to implementation by working with business partners and Sr. Stakeholders. Marketing Strategist/Project Manager profiles desiredSeeking an experienced project manager and strategic deliver lead to support the ongoing operation and execution of innovation initiatives in our Voice of customer program, enabling high quality customer feedback to drive our continuous improvement efforts. In addition to supporting continuous survey operations, this manager will support the expansion of client's Voice of customer capabilities with the goal of effectively tapping into customer feedback along the service journey.NPS and other Customer Satisfaction scores are vital to work groups across the organization including product, technology, operations, and customer solutions, to understand customer perception of the experiences delivered and inform innovation cycles and enhance our service delivery experiences. The Survey Program Senior Manager will serve as partner to the CX Operations and Client CX team leaders, working to clearly understand and articulate survey practices that deliver the types of scores and insights these teams find valuable. Strong communication and project management skills combined with a passion for improving the customer experience are critical to success.



Responsibilities:Serve as the Project Management support to Senior Manager, owning specific project work streams, including planning and organizing resources in complex work-scope projects to ensure compliance with customer specificationsAct as lead on various strategic initiatives for Voice of Customer program, bringing thought leadership and deliverable ownership while engaging key stakeholders across Marketing and beyondBuild and maintain a library of documentation needed to help both CX & greater client understand the infrastructure of the VOC program current state as well as future state planningPrepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and action trackers for internal VOC use and for executive reportingCoordinate and facilitate meetings ensuring up-to-date information is presentedWorks with our VOC platform vendors to lead the design and implementation of new VOC solutions using industry best practicesAct as main point of contact for project deliverables, milestones, required tasks, questions, escalations, and issues related to the project initiativesAnticipate internal and or external business challenges and proactively recommend process, product or service improvements to address those challengesFacilitate effective dialogue with CX Operations and CX Client partners to ensure clarity of direction, priorities, and business needs executing survey requests smoothly and within committed timeframesCultivate relationships and buy-in with Change Management, Product, IT, Process Improvements, and Operations teams to drive initiatives/strategy through collaborative partnershipThrive while working on grey space projects within fast moving organizationsManage multiple projects while quickly identifying the most critical
