Job Description
Remote nationwide, flexible on the hours depending on location.
- Providing customer service and speaking with: therapists, agency directors, clients and customers regarding claims
- One on one training provided virtually
- Working within CRM System daily (proprietary system)
- phone support - 80%
- email support - 20%
Skills and Requirements
Medicaid claims experience
- Call center phone support experience
- Phone support system experience (For ex: Five9, Genesys, Zendesk etc)
- Experience working in a remote setting
- Detail oriented
Reliable - Microsoft Dynamics preferred (used to use salesforce platform)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Early intervention or childcare experience
Government background or experience working with null
