Description Revenue Cycle Manager (Onsite in Nashville, TN)Are you an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager looking for an exciting temporary opportunity? Our client, a healthcare organization located in the Nashville area, is seeking a skilled professional to step in as a Revenue Cycle Manager for an onsite 6-month contract. The company is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, leveraging their expertise to support and optimize their revenue cycle operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
Identify and resolve issues in processes to maximize efficiency and performance.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations within the billing cycle.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve revenue flow and maintain accuracy of financial records.
Provide regular reporting and key performance metrics to leadership for analysis and strategy planning.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Revenue Cycle Manager in healthcare services or a similar industry.
Strong working knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement systems, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with at least one major Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software such as:
Epic Systems
Cerner
Athenahealth
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manage and analyze data effectively.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, during regular business hours (full-time).
