Supply chain Performance Manager for Diagnostic Imaging (DI) businesses will be part of dynamic organization and growing team by evaluating and creating new Supply Chain concepts and scenarios with an end-to-end scope, in line with the Business strategy.This position holder will work as an integrator, together with experts and stakeholders from North America Region (NAR), Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), and the Diagnostic Imaging businesses to help translate the strategic business plans into operational excellence in Market to Order (M2O) and Order to Cash (O2C).In this role, you are responsible for:

Validating and implementing the medium-term strategy for supply chain in the North America Market

Establishing a responsive, agile supply chain, by translating supply chain strategy into processes and policies

Initiating changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the End to End supply chain

Actively campaigning for quality and constantly seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and cost effectiveness

Driving integration across the End to End value stream by identifying key drivers of cost and influencing others to work cross functionally to optimize cost which improving or maintain the customer experience

Contributing to the deployment of tactical, financial, and operational plans by driving continuous improvement in NAM & Supply Chain processes

Demonstrating control and proactive management of inventory supporting the business, leveraging key processes or groups to optimize inventory position

Identifying improvement opportunities across the E2E supply chain by detecting KPI trends and/or analyzing internal and external data to generate and implement value adding solutions with the customer in mind

You're the right fit if you have a customer-first attitude and the following:

Bachelor of Science or Business (MBA is a plus!)

8+ years of experience in supply chain management, project planning and scheduling, and/or logistics and distribution management

Demonstrated ability to lead cross functionally to achieve overall business objectives

Experience and/or certifications with Continuous Improvement and LEAN methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, and Problem Solving

Must thrive in a fast paced environment requiring a high level of collaboration

Understanding supply chain concepts and their financial impact

Flexible work style, adaptable to internal and external customer requirements supported by a creative mind and the ability to think out of the box

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all department and organizational levels

Comfortable with managing data associated with performance metrics (KPI's)
