The Solutions Consulting team is activelyrecruiting an experienced PLM Professional to join the NX (Product EngineeringSoftware) Presales group in the Americas zone. Technical expertise withNX CAD and the NX Domain products working within the Siemens Digital IndustriesSoftware (DISW) ecosystem are the core components of the position.Job Profile/Position OverviewAs part of the Presales Solutions Consultingteam, participate in the sales process to facilitate sales of NX CAD softwareas well as other products in the NX Domain. Engage with customers andprospects to gather high level customer business and technical requirements,understand existing information technology infrastructure, and determinecustomer business needs as part of the sales effort. Utilizing advancedknowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes,industry best practices and competitive differentiation, support product andsolution positioning by preparing and delivering demonstrations of the technicalcapabilities of the proposed solutions to customers using customized andstandard material. Speak with authority and be a trusted advisor on ourcustomer’s business issues, and how Siemens DISW can improve theirbusiness. Referring to others for information where necessary, selectappropriate suites of technology, and develop proposals for customer processimprovements which ensure the interoperability and effectiveness of theoverall solution within the context of the customer's business. Works oncomplex issues/projects. Typically works with no supervision and maydetermine methods and procedures on assignments/projects.Responsibilities/TasksMaintain strong knowledge of the CAD/PLMsolution platforms, be able to deliver a demo and technical overview, includingdiscussion of our key features and benefits, services offerings,differentiation, and competitive positioning of the NX software suite and itintegrates in the Xcelerator Platform.Ability to address most technical questionsconcerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and generalfeature / functionality of our platform (NX and Teamcenter).Provide timely, prioritized, and completecustomer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/orDevelopment regarding customer requirements and issues. Engage customers on the technical aspects ofNX and how it supports the Digital Twin at an early stage of the developmentprocess that enable companies to deliver products faster and more efficiently.Provide technical support to the IndustryVertical, Country, and midmarket sales teams.Part of the Adoption team to ensure customersuse the product to its full potential by enabling the users to effectively useto the NX CAD system to its full potential.Provide and present benchmarking results as itrelates to a customer engagement showing how NX can increase efficiency for thegiven Proof of Concept.Ability to show Industry specific digitalthreads and how the Xcelerator portfolio will improve their business throughproduct and process innovation.Minimum Requirements4 Year College degreeMust currently reside in the continental UnitedStates3 to 5 years of experience in software supportor software services (Technical Presales preferred)3 to 5 years’ experience in the NX CAD systemtoolKnowledge of Siemens PLM and CAD productsrequiredValue-based sales skillsSales/technical training experienceProcess consulting, and presentation experiencein the CAD domain (Technical Presales role preferred)Ability to concurrently manage multipleaccounts and/or projects.Strong technical background and how softwaresolutions address customer business objectivesStrong preference (not required) for the abilityto implement complex software solutions for NX in the Team Center environmentUnfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa
