Then GRF’s highly selective internship program may be the perfect opportunity for you! Our 10-week summer placement (June 12-August 18)in Century City (CA), Encino (CA), White Plains (NY) and Nashville (TN) is designed to give you comprehensive exposure into the exciting fields of entertainment financial services and music services.The Business Management internship is intended to offer training and development in Business Management. Business Management is responsible for managing the full range of bookkeeping and accounting services for high-profile clients. This department is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers.Perform bank reconciliations

Prepare various financial statements

Post journal entries for accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assist with clients projects and requests

The Royalty Services internship is intended to offer training and development in the various areas of Royalty Compliance, Music Publishing, Record Label and Royalty Administration. Our firm provides all the services of a record label royalty department, maintains a database of information on behalf of songwriter clients with their own publishing companies, and conducts worldwide royalty, participation and contract compliance examinations. This department is group-oriented and requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Assist with projects related to compliance audits for tours, film and TV distribution, merch, etc.

Assist with tasks related to record labeland publishing

Prepare reports and schedules

Other QualificationsCurrently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s program (within the past 6 months). Preference will be given to Seniors and recent graduates whose primary area of study is accounting.

Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Reliable transportation

30-40 hours per week of full availability for the duration of the internship

Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement, due to the sensitive nature of our work
